Our Mission
CoolOldGames.com’s mission is to:
Bring joy to people worldwide by informing them how and where to play games. Our research and expertise allow us to educate people as well as offer the best free games for them to experience.
Our goal is to help visitors understand how to play games, which strategies can be used, and where they can play these games. One of those places where they can play is our own library of free games!
We aim to be a kind and trustworthy source for people who either want to learn everything about a specific game or are simply looking to relax and play.
What started out in 2007 as a small website on classic tabletop game restoration has turned into a go-to resource for classic game lovers. We plan to continuously expand our collection of guides and free games while maintaining a high-quality standard.
Our Team
Who is behind CoolOldGames.com? Get to know our dedicated team below!
Paul Dunlop is the Founder & Editor in Chief of CoolOldGames.com. His passion for tabletop games started a long time ago and has never left since.
Paul started searching online and discovered that while information about certain games could be found, it was not particularly in-depth or as detailed as he had hoped. This is when he decided to create his own guides.
He always has been glad to spread his love for classic games to his friends and relatives. With this website, he has been to share it with (potential) players worldwide. Paul especially hopes to keep classic games alive for the younger generations.
